This is very interesting. It would be useful to understand how china understands its reconciliation between point 1 and the rest. China never interferes in Afghanistan’s internal affairs," But number 2 and subsequent points start off: “2. Supporting moderate and prudent governance in Afghanistan." As we work down this list of China’s support for policies in Afghanistan to contain or counter terrorism, we can’t forget China’s approached within China to its own terrorists (i.e. political opponents).
