Biden waited until Friday afternoon to let his people leak the news that he pledged ATACMs to Zelensky before he left Washington. But they are ATACMs outfitted with cluster munitions, which as controversial as they are for human rights reasons, aren't as effective as ATACMs outfitted with single warheads. Maybe those are next.
