I have been harping about demographic change and its negative changes to come. Reagan, whose policies he discusses here, and the failure to help those impacted at lower end of economy will be the determinative factor. This is because Reagan's policies worsened the affect of "redlining" and exclusive zoning on Black Americans and Hispanics (who will inherit the country).
