JERUSALEM, Sunday, March 10, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces Sunday evening obstructed the entry of hundreds of worshipers into Al-Aqsa Mosque to perform Tarawih prayers.
Eyewitnesses said that the occupation forces detained citizens at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque and impeded their access to it.
They added that the occupation imposed restrictions on young men entering Al-Aqsa to perform Tarawih, and allowed women from the age of 40 to enter.
It is noteworthy that the occupation forces have imposed a strict siege on Al-Aqsa Mosque for five months and prevented entry to it. They also issued dozens of deportation orders against Jerusalemites in order to prevent them from praying during the holy month of Ramadan.
