Ambassador Jorge Heine is Research Professor at Boston University’s Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies and Interim Director of the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future.
Ambassador Heine is is a lawyer, International Relations scholar and diplomat with a special interest in the international politics of the Global South. He is currently a non-resident Wilson Center Global Fellow at The Wilson Center in Washington D.C., has served as ambassador of Chile to China, India, South Africa, and as a Cabinet Minister in the Chilean Government.
He is the author of the best selling book, "Latin American Foreign Policies in the New World Order,"
