[Salon] States NOT Recognizing the State of Palestine

Now that 140 of the 193 UN member states have extended diplomatic recognition to the State of Palestine, some may be interested in knowing the identities of the 53 outliers and holdouts which have not yet joined most of mankind in doing so.

A majority of the non-recognizing states are in Europe, and the next largest group is comprised of Pacific island states.
