Reminder: foreign assets Russia could seize in retaliation to Western sanctions theft. Estimates. The $98bn from Cyprus in Russia are mainly from expats/exiles. US has very little at risk, which adds to its encouragement of the EU (& Euroclear) to do the law breaking!
