Russia’s Secret Nuclear Dossier Leaked: 32 NATO Targets Shown on ‘Hit List’ Prepared by Putin’s Navy

Documents depicting Russia's nuclear strike plan for multiple strategic targets in Europe and Asia have been leaked.

Knewz.com has learned that the memorandum, which stresses the use of the country’s Armageddon arsenal sooner rather than later, was composed a year before Vladimir Putin attacked Ukraine.

The 29-document proposal is characterized by attacks on NATO “from various directions” and names the United Kingdom as a priority.

It calls for a strike on the island country with its military shipyard in Barrow-in-Furness in Cumbria (near the UK’s geographical center) marked as one of the targets. On an accompanying map, a specific area is depicted by a smokestack and is believed to be an industrial plant of sorts.

To achieve this goal, the document proposes using the Russian Murmansk fleet near Finland

British outlets suggest that another naval base in Southeast Scotland – the shipyard where the country’s two aircraft carriers, Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales were built – could have been shortlisted for obliteration.

Moscow’s Baltic fleet (stationed in the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad) was named as the group tasked with striking European countries like France and Germany.

Romania and the pro-Putin NATO member, Bulgaria, were also designated targets.

Despite the Kremlin's simpatico relationship with China and North Korea, the doomsday dossier also depicted the two West-averse territories as prime locations for nuclear strikes.

While the documents shown to the Financial Times have been classified as “for presentational purposes rather than operational use,” the leak follows close to 2.5 years of threats and speculations by Putin and his blowhards about the use of nuclear warheads.

Putin himself has hinted at drastic measures every time the topic of what he interpreted as existential threats to Russia came up.

For him, the latter manifested in the form of the United State’s plan to install long-range missiles in Germany and the use of Western-donated weapons on Russian soil, among other things.

While these developments drew a continuous onslaught of threats from Kremlin vassals, none of the former has affected the autocrat so visibly as the news of Ukraine's invasion of Kursk.

During recent televised meetings with his most senior staffers, Putin at times appeared agitated causing Western body language experts to speculate about him being “rattled” and “uncertain”.

“Putin discussing Ukraine’s incursion into Russia, which he says the West is behind. He looks and sounds not angry, outraged, determined—but hesitant and rattled,” said Nigel Gould-Davies from the International Institute of Strategic Studies.

Professor Erik Bucy, also an expert in the field, weighed in on the same footage, saying: “These clips of Putin depict a leader who has been knocked off balance.”

Putin has since demanded that his forces extricate the advancing Ukrainian troops and vowed to exact a punishment on their country.

“The enemy will certainly receive a worthy response, and all the goals facing us will, without a doubt, be achieved,” Reuters reported him saying.

Thus far, no emphasis has been placed on a nuclear response.
