[Salon] Yoram Hazony/National Conservative Plan

Attached is the "Yoram Hazony Plan," renamed from the original "Oded Yinon Plan," which, since National Conservative Yoram Hazony, so beloved on this email list, calls for something identical for post-Syria, Syria, it is appropriate to name the "Plan" for him in this century. But he couldn't have done it on his own, without his willing collaborators promoting his ideology here on this email list, with their Koch-funded publications celebrating Hazony and his Israeli Settler Fascist ideology, as at the TAC link below:

And here he can be seem as Trump's political theorist:

How an Israeli thinker became one of Trumpism’s foremost theorists

Knowing no one here, whether "Traditional Conservative" or "National Conservative," or libertarian, willingly tolerates my dissent here to this fascist political theory, as I'm trained as a political theorist to analyze, I hate to share this as I don't wish to offend Hazony's many supporters here, especially by pointing out their complicity in Israel's genocide. But since so many on this list were in attendance at Hazony's Israeli Settler event last summer, this will bring back happy memories:
Quote: "Last week, as Israel continued to prosecute its eliminationist war against Palestinians in Gaza, an eclectic group of right-wing bigwigs gathered in Washington, D.C. for the fourth iteration of the National Conservatism conference—convened by Yoram Hazony, an Israeli-born writer, activist, and former speechwriter for Benjamin Netanyahu. As our guest, historian Suzanne Schneider, explains, Hazony aspires to export Israel’s model of illiberal democracy and dispossession to the nations of the world. And if the embrace of NatCon by American conservatives is any indication, he is succeeding."

Succeeding he is, especially on this email list, with its many "right-wing big wigs." In his honor, perhaps, this should be called the "Committee for National Conservatism!"

Here's a SitRep from one of the Hazony clan, whom Yoram is obviously fully in agreement with on shared objectives.

Every important figure in Iran is now at the mercy of the Israeli Air Force, says former fighter pilot

Naftali Hazony, who spent eight years in the IAF, says Iran now only has inadequate medium-rage air defences

Trump ‘considering air strikes’ to stop Iran getting nuclear bomb

US president-elect reportedly also weighing up the sale of bunker-busting bombs to Israel

"US President-elect Donald Trump is considering ordering air strikes against Iran’s nuclear facilities to prevent Tehran from obtaining a bomb, The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday."
. . .

"Trump withdrew Washington from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action in 2018, arguing that it did not sufficiently curb Tehran's path to acquiring the bomb.

"Last week, Britain, France and Germany agreed to continue nuclear negotiations with Tehran following a meeting in Geneva and amid threats by Trump to reinstitute a “maximum pressure” campaign on the Islamic Republic once he assumes office in January."

The main thing the experts don’t want to talk about is the fact that Syria and Iraq are artificial constructs with zero capacity for internal cohesion and peace as long as the borders aren’t redrawn. Kurds, Druze, and Alawites should have had their own countries long ago. /6

Wait as long as you want. There will be no peace in Syria-Iraq until the borders are redrawn along ethnic and religious lines.

Back in 2015, and I argued for establishing an independent Druze state near the Israeli and Jordanian border. This idea is as pressing now as it was then. /7
