The culprit is gerrymanders, not lack of term limits. The districts are designed to NOT be competitive.
Shortest total district boundaries consistent with equal population. Period.

This is the very definition of ‘the swamp’. Presidents being confined to max 8 years while everyone around them can make a lifetime career out of politics and regulatory bureaucracy. Including the revolving door alternatives in the ‘private’ sector.
