You took credit for the ceasefire in
Israel’s war on Gaza that lasted for 40 days. Then, Israel broke the
ceasefire unilaterally and has bombed Gaza over 200 times as well as
blocked all U.S. funded humanitarian aid trucks with food, water,
medicine, and other lifesaving materials for the besieged families of
Gaza who had nothing to do with October 7th. According to the UN’s
health agency, at least 60,000 children are on the verge of starvation.
American doctors back from Gaza say just about everybody is sick,
injured or dying. Over 400,000 have been killed by U.S. weapons so far.
Don’t believe Hamas’ under count of 50,000.
Netanyahu has defied your ceasefire. So far, you have let him continue
his violent mass murder after breaking your ceasefire. Whatever happened
to your celebrated sense of ego? Whatever happened to your campaign
promises that you would end the conflict pronto? Whatever happened to
your compassion for the slaughtered babies and children in Gaza? Now
well over 120,000 of them. To use your phraseology, “one call” from you
to Netanyahu will restore the ceasefire, restart serious negotiations,
and allow lifesaving U.S.-paid for trucks to resume going into Gaza.
Don’t you want history to recognize that you are not afraid of Netanyahu
and his domestic lobby which pressures you to violate six federal
statutes conditioning the shipment of weapons to foreign countries with
their hands clean of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide?
You boast of your chesty dominance of all foreign leaders, allies or
adversaries. Why is Netanyahu your exception? Israeli reporters say you
are frightened of Netanyahu. Is this true? Please tell the American
taxpayers your response. They are being forced to fund this genocidal
war without any congressional hearing or oversight. Which means “you’re
the man”. Are you? For peace and justice.
