Transmitted below is a link to a very brief video posted on X by Gilad Erdan, until recently Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, in which he explicitly calls for the United Nations to be defunded and dismantled.

A more constructive alternative to the "insanity" of the UN perceived by Ambassador Erdan would be for Israel and its wholly-owned subsidiary with a seat on the Security Council to withdraw from their memberships in the UN, thereby opening up the possibility that, even with reduced funding and a relocation to Geneva, the UN could subsequently play the constructive role in world affairs envisioned at its creation.
