According to Fox News, it wasn't due to a "scheduling conflict" that Tulsi Gabbard missed the big Camp David war meeting on June 8 -- she "was never invited in the first place." CIA Director John Ratcliffe was there, however; he's already called for the US and Israel to bomb Iran.
