IAEA just admitted that ISR/US committed a war crime in Iran under Geneva conv. Art.56, API. IAEA states that attacked installations were under reg IAEA monitoring and verification as part of complying with JCPOA and thus fall under above legislation.

Mr Grossi (IAEA) now interestingly states that Iran was:

"maybe not going to make a nuclear weapon in a matter of years".

Note that there has been a distinct double standard between the treatment of Iran and Ukraine (before '22) with respect to the amount of fissionable nuclear material they were allowed to possess. This violates the non-discrimination clause of the NPT
