This week the ACJ mourns the loss of one of its
longtime leaders. It is with deep regret that the Board of Directors of
the American Council for Judaism shares the passing of our long time
friend and colleague Allan C. Brownfeld. Allan served as the Executive
Director and Publications Editor of the Council for over four decades
and was a leading voice in advocating for Americans of the Jewish faith.
Many of his brilliant, often prophetic, articles are available on our website here.
We will miss his intellect, leadership and
friendship. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. A more
detailed In Memoriam will be published in the near future. |
