On Monday night, the protesters projected images of Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein on Windsor Castle.

Several photos of the US president with Epstein were projected on the walls of the royal residence when the president landed in the United Kingdom for a second state visit.

The passport photo of Trump taken when he was accused in 2023 and the photo of the Duke of York and Epstein taken together were also among other images.

Thames Valley Police announced that four people were detained on suspicion of "malicious communication" due to this action.

Ch Supt Felicity Parker said, “We take all kinds of unauthorized activity around Windsor Castle extremely seriously. Our officers intervened quickly to stop the projection and four people were detained. Together with our partners, we are thoroughly investigating the conditions surrounding this incident and we will provide more information when appropriate," he said.

The political campaign group “Led By Donkeys” shared a photo of this action on Instagram with the title “Hey Donald, welcome to Windsor Castle”.

US President and his wife Melania Trump landed at London Stansted Airport on Tuesday evening and spent the night at Winfield House, the residence of the US Ambassador to the United Kingdom.

On Wednesday, the couple will spend a day with the extended royal family at Windsor Castle, where they will be greeted with a full ceremony and a banquet.

Trump's relationship with Epstein has been scrutinised in recent weeks after the release of an obscene drawing he allegedly sent to the famous pedophile for his 50th birthday in 2003.

The drawing of a naked silhouette of a woman with a birthday message written to Epstein ends with a signature that appears to be the signature of the US president.

The note is said to be part of a 2003 birthday album compiled by Epstein's ex-girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell. Epstein committed suicide in his cell at the Metropolitan Correction Centre in August 2019, while on trial for prostitution charges.

Trump denied sending this message and described the news about the letter as "false, malicious and libelous".
