It feels like things have sharply taken a turn for the worse in the unraveling of the doomed ‘star-crossed-lovers’ of Ukraine and its tipsy European maiden.
Options are running out fast, with Brussels’ flunked high-noon piracy attempt, and the Euro-circus-roadshow’s increasingly spastic and humiliatingly empty huddles and desperate powwows, virtually no options remain beyond the self-flagellating throes of despair we’re now being made painfully witness to.
The sad thing is, this carnival hardly even has an audience any longer—who, precisely, is this overextended charade for, anymore?
It is clear there remains no vision forward, no workable contingencies, and the last few stalwart globalist puppet holdouts of Macron, Merz, and Starmer are merely play-acting chickens with their heads cut-off as they gadabout from one slumping European capital to another for their endless procession of humiliation rituals.
All the while, the EU’s guy-wires are snapping as the whole teetering structure begins to groan under the ponderous weight of its irrelevance. Here French-Polish writer Daniel Foubert gives a colorful diagnosis of the terminal madness and discohesion gripping dying Europe:
Europe doesn’t have “a problem”. It has THREE problems: 3 European nations are suffering from a severe “post-imperial hangover”.
First, there is the United Kingdom, a nation that voted for Brexit to “take back control” only to realize it has completely forgotten how to drive.
The British identity crisis is like watching a retired lion try to adopt a vegan diet. They traded imperial confidence for an HR department’s sensitivity training. The land of Churchill is now governed by a sprawling “nanny state” bureaucracy that is more terrified of offending someone on X than it is of actual decline. The British police, once the envy of the world, now seem to spend more resources investigating “non-crime hate incidents” and painting their patrol cars in rainbow colors than solving burglaries. It is a nation desperately clinging to the aesthetics of tradition—the Royals, the pomp, the tea—while its institutions have been hollowed out by a progressive rot that makes a California university campus look conservative. They want the swagger of the 19th century but are paralyzed by the emotional fragility of the 21st.
Then there is France, the angry, chain-smoking aunt of Europe who refuses to admit she’s been unemployed for decades.
France’s hangover manifests as a permanent state of insurrection masquerading as “civic engagement.” Their identity is split between a delusional elite who still think Paris is the capital of the universe and a populace that expresses its “joie de vivre” by burning down bus stops every Thursday. The French suffer from a Napoleonic complex without a Napoleon; they demand the living standards of a conquering empire while working a 35-hour week and retiring at an age when most Americans are just hitting their stride. They preach “Republican values” and aggressive secularism, yet the state has lost control over vast swathes of its own suburbs. France is essentially a beautiful, open-air museum where the curators are on strike, the guards are afraid of the visitors, and the management is busy lecturing the rest of the world on “grandeur” while the electricity bill goes unpaid.
Finally, we have Germany, the neurotic giant that has decided the only way to atone for its history is to commit slow-motion industrial suicide.
Germany’s post-imperial hangover is a moral autoimmune disease: the country is so terrified of its own shadow that it has replaced national pride with aggressive self-flagellation and recycling regulations. Their identity is built on being the “Moral Superpower,” which practically translates to shutting down their perfectly functional nuclear power plants to burn dirty coal, all while lecturing their neighbors on carbon footprints. It is a nation of engineers who have engineered a society that doesn’t work. The German spirit, once defined by efficiency and discipline, has mutated into a paralyzed bureaucracy where filling out the correct form is more important than the outcome. They are so desperate to avoid being “threatening” that they’ve become essentially a large NGO with an army that has broomsticks for rifles, terrified that showing any backbone might be interpreted as a relapse.
But what’s remarkable, is that despite these terminal convulsions, the Euro-sock-puppets continue to double down on the same agonies that have driven them to this bottomless pit of despair. For instance, here a Danish MP calls for Europe to have its own nuclear weapons after the perceived betrayals of the US, which can ‘no longer defend Europe’.
Merz was also seen playing up the mawkish solemnity during a scripted exchange where a Bundeswehr soldier informed him that many of the armed forces don’t intend to live past the age of 40, implying a coming ‘big war’ of some kind—a spectacle of fear-mongering as impressive as it is stomach-churning:
Even Politico has driven the stake of humiliation through Europe’s heart with their new issue showcasing Trump as “the most powerful person in Europe”, with other “top” Euro-bigs scandalously pushed to the bottom of the list:
It’s clear that even the establishment has acknowledged the utter debased inconsequentiality of these so-called ‘prime leaders’.
But as the tinselly affair wears off, and Zelensky’s comfort-coven runs out of options, even the narco-dwarf himself begins to realize that time is almost up. Trump has now given an ultimatum for Ukraine to accept the deal by Christmas, with reports claiming Trump will “walk away” from Ukraine.
The ides of December are nearly upon us, and the tidings they bring are not optimistic.
With Yermak defeated, lone Zelensky is staring down the precipice and has for once conceded he is ready for elections literally within 60 days of a ceasefire.
Ukraine is ready to hold elections in the next 60 to 90 days if its allies can guarantee security for the vote, President Volodymyr Zelensky said Tuesday, following criticism from his American counterpart Donald Trump. -CNN
We can only assume that the narco-fuhrer’s sole remaining mandate is to clear out of dodge in a way that would not make him a target for vengeful elimination by Ukraine’s turbo-militant nationalist groups. That means he’s likely ready to give up the throne “democratically” so long as he can first secure a ‘favorable’ ceasefire which would appease the Banderist bloc, which has already recently threatened him multiple times.
Zelensky called for support to make it happen, but unfortunately his dwindling ‘support group’ of professional European nannies has less and less power to do anything as the US has launched some of the fiercest assaults on Europe and NATO’s unity; what with Trump’s recent National Security Strategy, Musk and the Twitter Imperium’s latest calls for EU disbanding, and now even Massie’s latest bill to withdraw the United States from NATO entirely:
In particular, read the underlined portions above.
Even Zelensky knows the jig is up and has now been not only begging for a ceasefire and elections, but even begging Russia for a new “energy truce”, after the devastating knockout blows Russia has been delivering to Ukraine’s grid over the past few weeks.
Just take a listen to Ukraine’s ‘Director of the Energy Research Center’ Alexander Kharchenko as he explains the energy grid has no further resources for restoration:
If Russia keeps on the strikes on Ukraine energy it is over, no spare parts for repairs! And only Russia produces them.
“We will no longer have equipment to repair the power system if Russia attacks it 2-3 more times”
- Kharchenko, director of the Energy Research Center
One of the top Ukrainian channels reporting on the new Russian energy grid strikes last night:
Kyiv will face record power outages: some groups will be without electricity for almost 17 hours, — DTEK.
As can be seen, with Ukraine’s energy grid so on the ropes as to have Zelensky himself begging Russia for a new energy ceasefire, and with the EU and NATO’s reputation in tatters and plans aflame, things have never looked more catastrophic for Ukraine.
And keep this in mind: Ukraine’s sole “victory” narrative and propaganda fulcrum has been its so-called “devastating” attacks on Russia’s energy resources. That means for Zelensky to offer to sacrifice this last and most vital trump card—without which Ukraine has no possible vectors of “victory” fanning—means Russia’s attacks on Ukraine’s grid have been truly crippling to the point that Zelensky and his team must expect some imminent catastrophe to befall them. Even as of this writing, Russia is again striking Ukraine’s energy points in both Odessa and Kremenchug, with outages being reported.
Meanwhile, the nebbish European hyenas continue to circle at the outskirts, stealthily inserting their troops into Ukraine’s ‘rear’ to try and sway the situation in any possible, desperate way. Unfortunately for them, they’re now taking casualties, as the dire need to staunch Ukraine’s losses has apparently necessitated them to transition to more ‘active’, open, or ‘forward’ roles, such that they’ve most likely come under direct Russian fire—in this case presumably by the Iskander system:
For those wondering, the above is a bit of a watershed milestone because it is not the death of a mere British mercenary, as now frequently happens, but rather the first everdeath of an active duty British soldier in Ukraine:
It marks the first death of a serving UK military member in Ukraine since Russia’s February 2022 invasion.
The Guardian acknowledges:
Note the deceased Lance Corporal George Hooley was of the ‘Parachute Regiment’, which is an elite Special Forces unit in the UK Armed Forces; we can deduce and infer various things from that.
The claim:
“He was injured in a tragic accident whilst observing Ukrainian forces test a new defensive capability, away from the front lines,” the ministry added.
Which “new defensive capability” were they testing? Presumably some kind of air defense system against the incoming Iskander.
Either way, that is all desperate Europe is left with: mealy “rear actions” to try and shore up their collapsing Project Україна. Meanwhile, Russian forces continue to confidently advance, today finally capturing Seversk, with Gulyaipole and other cities under the knife:
There are scattered reports that the Russian Federation has broken through to the center of Gulyaypole. So far, we cannot confirm these reports, but there is movement from several sides towards the center. In some cases, the “Eastern Express” is less than a kilometer away from the center. The blue mark on the map indicates the central location of the city, which the Russian Federation still needs to reach.
It seems time is finally truly ticking for Ukraine, along with its expiring bedfellows of Europe and NATO.
