“On February 28, 2026, Iran openly declared “no red lines” in its military response after joint U.S.–Israeli strikes on Iranian territory — and then retaliated with coordinated attacks against multiple U.S. and allied targets across the Middle East. Within hours, Iranian missiles and drones were reported flying toward airbases and military facilities in Qatar, Kuwait, the UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, and Iraq, marking one of the most significant escalations in regional conflict in decades.” “Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps stated that American and Israeli assets across the region are now legitimate targets, indicating a sustained campaign rather than a limited counterstrike. Air defenses in Gulf cities activated as countries scrambled to intercept incoming missiles and close airspace. Iran claims she destroyed the AN/FPS-132 radar in Qatar
It has been claimed that Iran successfully “blinded” US Central Command (CENTCOM) by destroying irreplaceable radars and striking bases previously thought to be secure. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the destruction of the AN/FPS-132 radar in Qatar. This is not just a radar; it is “America’s Giant Eye” with a 5,000 km range. Its sole and vital function is to detect ballistic missile launches from deep within Iran, Russia, and China. If this radar has been destroyed it means Israel and US destroyers have lost strategic “Early Warning” capabilities, and that Iran has effectively “gouged out the eye” of the US defense system. Iran claims to have accomplished this with older weapons and can now launch heavy missiles (Fattah/Kheibar)—which cannot be easily intercepted. A picture of the “destroyed radar was added to my post. It is claimed that the radar was taken out by a drone going 20 mph?????
Iran’s defense minister claims that Iran has 2 years of inventory at current fire rates—1200 missiles and drones were launched today. An IRGC advisor explicitly stated: “We fired old missiles… and will soon reveal weapons you have never seen.” This implies that Iran has been “clearing the path.” and has an inventory of over 100,000 missiles.
Is any of this true? Who knows, we are in the fog or war.
